All SECTION CHAIRMEN are invited to attend all Board Meetings of the Academy and the President's Reception. This also includes the "No Host Dinner Party."
All Reports for the Board Meeting packet must be received in the Central Office no later than by 11 September 2009 to be included in the Meeting Packet. Those reports received after 11 September will NOT be part of the official Meeting Packet.
N.B. Spontaneous Oral Reports during the meeting will NOT be allowed. However, if you wish to make an oral report, please inform the Central Office before September 1st in order to be placed on the agenda. NO EXCEPTIONS!
